Buffet menus are our most flexible and are suitable for pretty much any occasion. You may, for example; want to mix hot and cold dishes, add starters and desserts to give a more structured meal, offer a substantial plateful or just a few ‘designer nibbles’. The menus here, combined with our expertise, aim to offer lots of options to suit YOUR party.



Traditional Table D’hôte Salad Buffets

These menus are a selection of our most popular classic cold ‘salad buffets’.
They require a knife and fork which may be either picked up at the buffet table or perhaps set on tables for a more formal feel. Guests should preferably be seated.

Hot Buffets

These dishes are great on their own, or as an addition to your salad buffet, most can be managed with a fork by guests standing. (minimum 20 covers)

Beef or Veggie Chilli served with boiled rice, corn tortilla chips and soured cream, we’ll make it as hot or mild as you like!

-Spaghetti Bolognese
Our special Bolognese sauce with short spaghetti, fresh parmesan and garlic bread.

-Chicken Tikka Masala
Chunks of chicken fillet in our tikka sauce with coconut and tomato, served with rice, naan bread, mango chutney and raita.

-Sausage Casserole
Home made pork sausages with casserole vegetables in a rich tomato gravy, served with jacket potatoes.
