Titanic Theme Menu This dinner was provided for the Rotary Club to coincide with the museum’s Titanic exhibition, based on the menu served on the night Titanic sank.

Baked Salmon Topped with Cheddar & thyme crust and served with confit tomatoes. Pan Fried Pork Medallions With a black pudding stuffed field mushroom and creamy Dijon mustard sauce. Garlic Braised Lamb Slow cooked shoulder of lamb with roasted peppers & courgettes, minted red wine gravy.
